Attorney Robert A. Feldman

Education

Mr. Feldman graduated with honors from Tulane University with a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and a minor in Computer Science in 1994. He obtained his Law Degree, with honors, from the University of Miami in 1997.

Experience

Mr. Feldman was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1997 and has been practicing law since that time. He is qualified to practice law in state court throughout the state of Florida and in federal court in the Southern District of Florida. Mr. Feldman's main area of practice is in consumer bankruptcy law with a focus on protecting debtor's rights. He has personally handled thousands of bankruptcy cases, as well as hundreds of divorce and family law matters.

Education

Ms. Klein graduated Magna Cum Laude from Florida State University with a dual Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Sociology and minors in Communication and Anthropology in 2005. She obtained her law degree from the University of Miami in 2008.

Ms. Klein was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2009 and began working with The Feldman Law Firm, P.A. shortly thereafter. Ms. Klein is qualified to practice law in state court throughout the state of Florida and in federal court in the Southern District of Florida. Ms. Klein practices in the area of consumer bankruptcy law with a focus on protecting debtor's rights.
